Ghost cell glaucoma: Clinic case

Introduction: Ghost cell glaucoma (GCG) is a very rare secondary open angle glaucoma, in which there sustained increase intraocular pressure (IOP) due to obstruction of the trabecular meshwork (TM) passage ghost cells (GC) from vitreous into anterior chamber, after hemorrhage (VH). Clinical Case: We present case male patient with history and IOP elevation right eye (RE). Medical treatment was insufficient, for this reason surgical required. Postoperative evolution favorable. Conclusion: This pathology should prefer differential diagnosis traumatic glaucomas, correlating high clinical suspicion histological confirmation.
